Success fee
When you hire a candidate through Crewly, a placement fee applies as a percentage of the agreed annual or monthly salary (configured per job and company). Default is 12% of first-year compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms
Invoices are issued on hire with payment due within the company's configured payment terms (default 30 days). Payment is by bank transfer unless another method is agreed.
Guarantee period
Each placement includes a guarantee period (default 90 days from start date). If the hire leaves or is terminated for performance during this period, we will run a replacement search at no additional placement fee for the same role.
Replacement process
Report a separation in the company portal under Placements. If within the guarantee window, we reopen matching and outreach for the role.
